To submit a service request, simply email a description of the issue to Service@Celeratec.com. This allows for your ticket to feed directly into the technician's ticket system. Once the ticket has been received, we will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We will contact you if any further information is needed regarding the issue.
Our Support Portal allows you to stay connected with your tickets and your technician. Simply login with your user-name and password and you have access to a variety of services. Update your info, submit tickets, view the status of a submitted ticket, and research past tickets. You can even connect and chat live with one of our trained technicians.
